What forms of payment do you accept?
We are only accepting instant PayPal payments at this time. You must either have funds available in
your PayPal account or have a credit card linked to your PayPal account. We will be expanding our payment options
to accept Moneybookers, Google Checkout and direct credit card payments in the very near future.
How does paying with PayPal work?
When you checkout will PayPal you are only required to provide us your name, character name, phone number,
and a contact email address. Once you have selected PayPal as your payment option you will be forwarded to
PayPal's secure website where you can sign in to your current PayPal account or create a new account if you
do not have one. Once signed in to PayPal you will be returned to EZmmorpg.com to confirm your payment and
complete your order.
Can I sell my currency to you?
If you are looking to make a little extra cash and want to sell your game currency to us please click on the "Sell" tab located
at the top of every page. We pickup usually within 5 minutes and payment is sent instantly upon pickup via PayPal. If you are intested
in becoming one of our regular suppliers and would like to be contacted whenever we are buying on a particular server, please contact
us via the Live Chat service on the right hand side and we will be happy to add you to our supplier list.
Is EZmmorpg.com an affiliate site for another gaming currency website?
There are a lot of bad currency websites out there that don't deliver or offer horrible service. We are often asked if we
are related to any of those sites. Ezmmorpg.com is not affiliated with any other gaming currency website, so you can be

How can I check on the status of my order?
You may check the status of your order anytime by using our Track Order tool. This tool will show you your orders realtime status.
How is EverQuest 1 Platinum delivered?
Everquest 1 platinum deliveries will take place in The Bazaar. We will send you a message in-game to arrange a meeting spot. We guarantee that your order will be delivered to you in-game within 15 minutes or we will add 15% to your order for FREE! Most orders are delivered within 5 minutes. You may also choose to list an item in trade mode for us to purchase. If you would like your platinum delivered in this way please let us know through the Special Instructions section of our order form.
How is EverQuest 2 Platinum delivered?
All Everquest 2 Platinum orders are mailed to your in-game mailbox. We will email you notifying you that your order has been mailed in-game, please allow for normal game system mailing times once mailed. We try to provide the fastest delivery for EverQuest 2 - on 90% of the servers this can be done within 45 mins. Occasionally, due to excessive demand, we may take up to 3 hrs to fill your order. On the rare chance that this happens we will inform via email or message in game. We will deliver within 3 hours guaranteed or we will add 10% to your order for FREE!
How is World of Warcraft Gold delivered?
Most WOW Gold orders are delivered within 30 min, but based on how busy your server is please allow up to 24 hours for delivery. We will contact you in-game for a face-to-face trade, if you are not online we will mail your order directly to your in-game Mailbox! In game trades will take place in Orgrimmar if you are Horde and Goldshire if you are Alliance. We guarantee that your order will be delivered to you in-game within 24 hours or we will add 10% to your order total for Free!
How is Final Fantasy XI Gil delivered?
We try to provide the fastest delivery for Final Fantasty XI GIL - on 90% of the servers this can be done within 30 mins. Occasionally, due to excessive demand, we may take up to 12hrs to fill your order. On the rare chance that this happens we will inform via email or message in-game. We will contact you in-game for a face-to-face trade, if you are not online we will send your order to your Mog House and you will be notified by email.
How is Lineage 2 Adena delivered?
All Lineage 2 Adena deliveries are made via face-to-face trade at the Monster Race Track. If you are uncertain how to get to this area all you need to do is go to a local Game Master, found in almost every city, and click on the Teleport to the Monster Race track link. This is a free transport. We will message you in-game to arrange the trade.
How is Eve Online Isk delivered?
All Eve Online Isk orders will be sent via Contract within 45 Minutes. We guarantee that your order will be delivered via Contract within 45 Minutes or we will add 10% to your order for FREE!
How is Guild Wars Gold delivered?
Guild Wars Gold orders will be delivered face-to-face at Ascalon City Storage in International 1 District within 45 Minutes. We will message you in-game to arrange the trade.
How is Lord of the Rings Gold delivered?
All LOTR Gold orders will be mailed to your in-game MailBox within 45 Minutes. Please allow for normal mail system delivery time.
How is Star Wars Galaxies Credits delivered?
Please be aware that we do not accept tipping of credits with our accounts, so we must meet face-to-face at the Tyrena Starport on Corellia, next to the ticket collector (NPC), to complete the trade. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause in advance.
How is Maple Story Mesos delivered?
We deliver all Maple Story Mesos orders via face-to-face trade at Hidden Street Free Market any channel, any door within 30 Minutes. We will message you in game to arrange the trade.
